Cancellation policy
1. Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge.
2. Cancellation between the 90th and 60th day before the start: 25% of the rental price.
3. Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start: 50% of the rental price.
4. Cancellation less than 30 days before the start: 100% of the rental price.
Payment & deposit
1. The Reservation Confirmation includes a cost overview and also serves as the invoice for the rent.
2. No later than seven days after receipt of the Reservation Confirmation, the first 50% of the rent must have received by Casa Anna into their bank account.
3. The remaining balance (50% of the rent plus a deposit of €300) stated on the Reservation Confirmation must be paid no later than eight weeks before the start of the stay.
4. For bookings made within eight weeks before the start of the stay, the full invoice amount stated on the Reservation Confirmation must be paid within 7 days.
5. After full payment of the rent, the booker will receive approximately two weeks before the start of the stay the travel documents and directions from Lisbon Airport by email, including the address of Casa Anna, the name and telephone number of the House Manager, and practical information.
